Our courses incorporate mindfulness and guided meditations designed to enhance mental clarity, improve concentration, and foster a deep sense of inner peace.

Regular Mindfulness practice helps you dive deeper into meditation, which will assist you to be able to lead with greater awareness and intentionality.

You will be guided by an experienced mindfulness-instructor with certificate from the founder of mindfulness and more than 10 years regular training with the co-founder of mindfulness, being trained weekly.

Mindfulness is an evidence based approach and technique to prevent and reduce stress.
